Services

Valley Operators customizes the level of services for each client. In some cases we are able to provide support and direction to a client’s existing staff, allowing the client’s staff to perform the majority of the day-to-day tasks. This includes interim operators as clients search for permanent operators.  Other clients prefer a turn-key operation where Valley Operators provides full-time staffing and operation of a facility. We tailor this level of involvement to best suit your needs.

We have extensive experience operating the following types of drinking water treatment systems.  We also operate water distribution systems and provide dead-end main flushing. We also operate smaller water systems consisting of a single well pump with or without storage tanks.

We have significant experience helping wastewater plants that have been deemed out-of-compliance become compliant. This can happen to facilities that are not aware of what their regulatory requirements are, had a change in ownership, or weren’t being operated properly. If you’ve been notified by a regulatory agency that you are non-compliant you may be at risk for fines and/or penalties.

Several of our clients have the need for interim Chief Plant Operators (CPOs). If you are a regulated wastewater facility and your CPO retires, resigns, or takes a leave of absence we are able to supply you with a licensed operator to temporary fill your vacancy while you recruit for a permanent replacement.

We provide the routine reporting for all the systems we operate. We have good working relationships with many of the regulatory staff and we use those relationships to help ensure that our clients stay in good standing with the appropriate regulatory agencies.
